The tellers are fabulous ~ kind, courteous and efficient. However, the bankers are not competent. I was encouraged to apply for a credit card with the promise of receiving BONUS MILES and POINTS for travel. The banker who convinced me to apply was incompetent and didn't know his product. He confused promotional offers and mislead me. The manager of the bank has not been able to resolve this problem. Try another branch of Chase where the bankers are more skilled.
