Hands down the best UPS store I've ever been too. Marcelo is always huge help and overall a really competent person. I never have to spend more than a few minutes there even when I ship several items. Their packaging service is also really good. My items always arrive undamaged, despite sometimes being big and bulky.
Fast Prominent Service
Item shipped from this location arrived damaged to the receiver; the incompetent staff were unable to assist/didn't know how to deal with the claim process. $300 item destroyed and I got $0 back despite it being covered by insurance. Word of advise: If you need to ship via UPS avoid this location and NEVER buy insurance as you likely won't get it back anyway.
They are superb and fast and organized and help you in any way possible.
This UPS has the best and nicest staff and can literally work as your office!

Very rude Manager, the front desk guy is good, if he does not have patience, he should discontinue the business, he is not doing a charity.
