Overbooked. Chairs full in waiting room. Everyone waiting 30 plus minutes to be seen. I was in the Warren office a week prior and the same issue there. They have a long way to go to be considered a premier company, LOL their logo says they are national leaders. A joke. It is December 28th, not even a hint of a Holiday decoration in the waiting room?
If I could give them fewer stars I would. There could be a discrepancy on an MRI report and not only would they not let me speak to the doctor who read the MRI and wrote the report, they don't have a formal way to make such a request. I call it poor management. Don't go here is my recommendation.
